Our Management Team
The quality of a project management team has the ability to “make or break” a construction project. While project management skills can be taught, it takes years of construction project experience to hone skills to the point where they are intuitively understood. At this point, good project management techniques become a reflex reaction to the challenge of the construction task. Bethesda Builders Ltd. has cultivated a team that consistently measures up.
Details
Understanding and keeping up with the details enables everyone to understand how the job is progressing. We strive to define the process, plan accordingly, and then implement selecting the best resources in order to achieve successful completion of the final project. Constant evaluation of the construction schedule is a primary function of our construction management team. We strive to monitor each phase of the project, updating the schedule to reflect the actual process toward completion.
Completion
No project is done until it is 100% complete. The last 10% of the project is often the most critical and difficult to totally execute. Our goal is to complete the project within its defined timeframe. In order to do so we develop a pre-punch list identifying items that need to be addressed before completion. It is our ultimate goal on every project is to move our homeowner in as scheduled and eliminate any last minute incidentials.
